Develop mobility, strength and balance in a class meant for stiff guys! Taught by Tom McGregor this series is great for professional and amateur athletes including hockey and curling players, lifters, tradesman, as well as ageing men can make yoga a regular part of their fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries.
Yoga takes a hike - kiwanis walkway

The Kiwanis Walkway is a scenic paved pathway along the Ottawa River. Take a stroll or cycle along the river's edge between the Waterfront and Riverside Park. The lovely paved trail is 1.5 km and will bring you closer to nature to view many species of plants, animals and birds that call the shoreline home. Please bring a yoga mat, appropriate shoes and clothes for the weather. We will also have a few activities outside of our hike and yoga class!
