We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our teachers are happy to give personalized pointers.

This class will provide postures and functions so that one can move freely with confidence. Great for those looking for a calm practice and beginner practice.

Total Body Tone

This is for all fitness levels and abilities, this class is a low impact class which incorporates strengthing body weight exercises, band exercises, light hand weights and some yoga & pilates poses that will leave you feeling stronger and empowered after only a few weeks.

This workout will still provide you with a challenge, will engage your muscles and help to tone your entire body.

Designed by Thomas McGregor, exclusively for Men, these classes focus on gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance.

Professional and amateur athletes including hockey, soccer & football players, golfers as well as ageing men make yoga a regular part of their fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries.
