Movement in the Square
Supported by the Town of Renfrew!
Movement in the Square is an opportunity to join the Renfrew community in a local environment to have a bit of fun too! Classes are $2/Free for Studio Members and will be held every Tuesday from June 18th to August 20th in Low Square, from 6pm to 7pm. These classes are supported by the Town of Renfrew too!
Each week's class will be taught by a certified instructor from the Ottawa Valley.
If you've thought about giving yoga a try but were worried you wouldn't have the stability or flexibility, don't worry! All classes are beginner friendly- all you need to do is grab a mat and join in.
No rain dates. All rainy day classes will be held inside the studio at 133 Argyle St. S.
We hope to see you each Tuesday!
