Monday

Hip Hop Basics

Learn various cool Hip Hop dance moves for Kids step by step. Put all the steps together and you have a pretty cool combo.These are moves specifically for kids and super fun to learn at any age.


Animal Yoga
Yoga can be relaxing, build self-awareness, and improve coordination. Your child will love mimicking animal poses or making up their own!

Storytelling
Kids will develop their own storytelling talents, apply the techniques of storytelling, create an amazing story, and perform it their families when they get home and learn to create one as a group in class.

Tuesday

Mala Making

Learn how to craft your very own set of mala beads from beginning to end. Each child will create 2 bracelets and 1 bookmark.

Yoga Painting
Learn how to create art on canvas while doing yoga. Children will need a spare change of clothes and a shower cap justincase!

Drama
A fun class where kids will stand in the spotlight with roles chosen specifically for them. they will learn the basics of acting, character development and more.

Wednesday

Hip Hop Basics PART II
We'll take everything we learned from Monday and implement it again into our routine PLUS we'll learn some new moves!

String Art
String art for kids is a different way for kids to look at art, have fun crafting and work on all of those fine motor skills that help with handwriting!

Pantomime
Learn about the art of being a mime! Explore characters and stories using devising techniques with props and music. Great for kids that love the dramatic arts!

Pound
Generation POUND® was created not just as a workout geared towards kids, but a MOVEMENT that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today’s youth. Get ready to make fitness about self-expression, empowerment, self-love and FUN! How? By introducing alternative ways to, MOVE, ROCK, PLAY and MAKE NOISE!

Improv
Learn the fundamentals of improv theatre while making friends and having a blast! Students will practice deep listening, creative risk-taking, and communication skills with peers while expressive themselves and exploring their creativity!
