Ro started practicing yoga as way to heal her body and brain from PPD. After experiencing positive changes in her own body, Ro decided to start teaching to help others find healing for their bodies through functional movement and alignment practices that are fun and sustainable.
Tom started yoga about 5 years ago in an attempt to stay injury free while training for a marathon. This led him to take his 200 hour yoga teacher training at Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica with Jacqueline Chiodo. His goal is to help others find peace in what can be a hectic world, and continue to do the activities they enjoy without pain or injury.
Jacky believes in the freedom Yoga offers; the freedom of being our true selves, present in breath, movement, asana and mindfulness. She teaches yoga asana with a focus on functional mobility, functional strength and functional alignment
